The staff I dealt with including the reception staffer were lovely to deal with, very helpful with all my questions. The staff are very supportive and Anja our property manager is just lovely, she was very pacient and took the time to explain the Our Tenant portal which is quite easy to navegate for a technically challenged person as myself. William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
