Overview of Belmont North, NSW, 2280

Nisha is professional, initiative, flexible and sensible with strong market knowledge that I rely on. Also love that she trusts her gut instinct.

Nisha found us tenants extremely quick, the whole process was so smooth with Nisha. Took away all the stress that comes with owning and renting out a property.

Nisha has been exceptional in securing our family a suitable rental within a short time frame. Being new to the rental market, Nisha walked us through the process with a professional and sympathetic approach. Would definitely recommend Nisha to any prospective tenants and property owners looking for a property manager who is knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to achieving the best outcome.

Kylie has been a please to deal with! Not living in the area ourselves and being our first investment, she took the time to answer our many questions and continues to keep us informed.

Nisha has been so quick to deal with everything for us. Extremely responsive to both us and our tenants. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a great experience working with my real estate agent to lease out my property. From the beginning, they demonstrated a strong understanding of the rental market and provided clear, practical advice on pricing and presentation. Communication has been consistent and professional throughout the process. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. What stood out most was their efficiency in securing suitable tenants and the care taken with the screening process. It gave me real confidence that my property is in good hands. They handled all the paperwork seamlessly, making the entire experience stress-free. I really appreciate their transparency, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the best outcome. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable property manager.

Our house inspection was quick and efficient. The agents were kind and friendly.

Nisha has arranged our second tenants, a month in advance with just 2 days vacant. She also has a vast array of trades to fix any issues at the property. We are very happy 😊

Nisha has moved quickly and professionally on a few occasions to expedite lease agreements, not only dealing with the tenants but Real Estate Agents and Insurance companies to ensure seamless transitions. That has meant our property has had future lease agreements in place before the previous tenants have moved out. Her simple fee structure offers a full service of arranging trades to complete required jobs.

I would highly recommend Nisha for anybody who had a rental property. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the rental market and finding a great tenant.
