Once we took ownership of the property MPM arranged all the marketing, open houses, applications very professionally. They took the time to review the current rental market providing a comprehensive document showing available listings in the immediate area and some comparison listings from other areas to give context to the property and expected rental return. More importantly their screening of potential applicants was very thorough, which gave peace of mind to who could move into the property.
