The PM team at PRD Burleigh Heads had my property leased after first open. They secured two solid applications immediately and when the first applicant couldn't progess, the second applicant stepped in to take over the lease. As soon as I cancelled the previous agent, Tina was on top of everything within a week. Including securing a tenant from the first open after 5 weeks with no tenant from previous agent. Communication was A1 no passing the buck. Knowledge is more than enough. As I say property managers are like a monopoly board...land on the wrong square and you reduce your investment.
