Thanks to Explore Property Cairns, our property, which was left uninhabitable by a problem tenant (inherited from a previous property management service), was brought back up to standard and re-tenanted within three months. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process as the work was carried out. Many service providers and trades were promptly engaged, and the insurance claims were handled by Explore Property as well. I am now looking forward to this 12-month lease running much more smoothly. We recently began renting through Ray White Cairns South and it has been the easiest and smoothest transition. They have been so quick to reply and get work orders submitted for small things around the home that needed attention. From the beginning submitting the application with Danielle then with our property Manager Sharon aswell and the manger/director (I believe) Theresa. It’s been fabulous. I would highly recommend.
