I was pleased to chose this agency to manage my property. They are a solid team and we’re extremely efficient to deal with across the board. Very happy 😊

We have been using DJ Stringer to manage our apartment in Bilinga since 2018. I can honestly say we have never had an issue with them. Their proactive communication, responsiveness and attention to detail are without fault. My wife and I could not recommend them highly enough and feel a real level of comfort that our property is in very safe hands with the team at DJ Stringers.

Lj hooker was super helpful throughout the whole process of helping us relocate into our new home. They made everything really easy and straightforward, communicated well with us, and kept us informed about everything we needed to provide. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated how helpful and easy to deal with they were. Would definitely recommend!

Great to deal with, good follow up.

I’d always imagined working offshore and managing a property from afar would be a headache, but Tara, Nikitia and the LJ Hooker Leasing Team have made the leasing process into an absolute breeze. They are incredibly efficient - my property was advertised almost instantly, and showings were arranged straight away. I appreciate Tara and Nikita’s proactive approach- they constantly presented me with clear options and regular, positive updates. Completely stress-free process for me, thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with the PRD team throughout the rental process. They were professional, responsive, and very helpful from the initial inspection through to lease approval and moving in. As we are expecting our first baby, finding the right home was very important to us. The team made the process smooth and stress-free by keeping us informed and answering all our questions promptly. We truly appreciate their excellent communication, kindness, and professionalism. We are very happy with our new home and would highly recommend PRD to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for all your help.

Sarah was very helpful with finding a suitable tenant for my furnished rental property. She was reliable and responsive in her communication and went out of her way to answer all my queries and put me at ease.

We couldn’t be happier with these guys. They’ve been so easy to deal with and jump jumped on any issues we’ve had at our property. Thanks team.

Working with Danni was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Danni's communication was exceptional. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and provided honest, knowledgeable advice throughout the process. Her experience in the industry was evident, and we always felt confident that we were in capable hands. What really stood out was Danni's positive attitude to my situtation I had a very bad experience with an old landlord instead of putting my application to the bottom of the pile she called up several other real etate agents and some other land lords. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that we achieved a fantastic result. I would highly recommend Danni to anyone looking to rent a proptery Her expertise, integrity, and friendly approach make her an outstanding real estate professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future.

The advice and followup information on those who inspected and submitted applications wasc exceptional
