Arnold property was really supportive in seeking consult from the owner when we requested. We had issues with dead possums and electricity faults and they promptly organised their repair/removals. We have nothing bad specifically to say, but the service just felt a lacking in experience and personality. The notice to vacate felt very harsh and unsympathetic, to the point and by the book in a very tough time for us. Particularly when we were genuinely great tenants who left the place in better condition than when we found it.

We couldn’t be happier with the management of our investment property with Century 21. Attention to detail, timely reporting and understanding of the staff is exemplary. We don’t need to worry about anything with Century 21, which is excellent for us (working couple with 2 young children). Very happy!
