I believe I allowed the worst tenant in history to rent my house. The experience became so difficult that I decided I needed professional help, and that’s when I chose Ray White. Despite everything she was faced with, Tayla handled it with incredible professionalism, patience and determination. The things she had to deal with were honestly beyond a joke, yet she remained calm, supportive and focused on getting the best possible outcome. I can’t thank Tayla enough for everything she did throughout what was an extremely stressful experience. She went above and beyond, and I genuinely believe I would have struggled to get through it without her. Thankfully, the tenant has finally moved out, and within just four days Tayla had found a new tenant. So far, the new tenant is enjoying the property and, most importantly, there has been no stress or drama.
