Fast and helpful. All paperwork was done smoothly. Very friendly staff.

Nothing is ever too much. Any questions I have are always answered promptly and anytime I have ever left a message for Rachel or Doug to call, they always do.

Naomie is always friendly, any problems concerning the rental property are dealt with immediately. Would recommend them to anyone thinking of renting.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ray White Alliance. The team were incredibly warm, personable, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and I was kept up to date at every stage, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. They were extremely responsive and achieved a fantastic result quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and genuinely caring team.

Kelly was outstanding and extremely helpful getting us into our new home, we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. She kept us well informed with updates, heard our struggles and catered to our needs and was super friendly to speak with which made the stressful chore of finding a rental feel like a walk in the park. Cheyenne was awesome too, when I needed help with connecting utilities and organising bond lodgement without having a digital ID she helped me with no hesitation and made my life easy. Thanks again Ray White!

Very easy to work with. Had my house rented out within a week of getting pictures and listing it.

Elle has been the best to deal with. She really is the best!

As an Investor, Elle and Sarah are a perfect duo

LJ Hooker Southport has managed our investment property on the Gold Coast for more than three years, and we have always been impressed with their professionalism, communication and care. More recently, when our family relocated up north and last-minute changes meant we needed to rent out our family home, we reached out to Ben for assistance. Without hesitation, Ben stepped in to help and appointed Elle to manage the listing. Moving intrastate while trying to secure suitable tenants was incredibly stressful, but Elle made the process so much easier from the very beginning. She was engaged, proactive and thorough in screening appropriate tenants, and even went out of her way to organise a lock box to help things run smoothly. Most importantly, Elle kept us informed every step of the way, which genuinely relieved a significant amount of stress during an already busy time. With two properties now in the care of LJ Hooker Southport, we cannot speak highly enough of Ben, Elle and their teams. We are very grateful for their support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional and caring property management.
