Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

Highly recommend Jackie and Jana from my Logan realty. I have investments in other states and the team is one of the best I’ve dealt with in all of aus! Keep up the good work

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately. Their approach to getting my most recent property rented above the initial appraisal within 4-5 days of signing the contract using their existing connections and database had my mind blown. Whenever I am adding a new property to my portfolio within the logan region, I know I have a trusted agent who will handle it all for me.

We had Rachel help manage our recent purchase to get tenants in to rent. She was a breeze to work wish and kept us informed every step of the way with regular contact

Rachel has been the best property manager I’ve dealt with to date. From the initial inspection she communicated frequent updates with us, even updates that she was waiting on an update which was nice to hear so we knew we weren’t forgotten about. She has been very pleasant to deal with and has made the entire process seamless for us. I would definitely recommend! Thanks Rachel

Rachel went above & beyond to get us locked in to a rental. There was constant communication so we weren’t left to stress, any questions we had were answered timely. Highly recommended.

I have been with them since the very first day I bought my investment property. I am fully satisfied with their services as property managers. They’ve communicated well and with full professionalism . Highly recommended.

Her communication has been prompt and transparent, which gave me confidence that my property is in capable hands. The broader property management team has also been supportive and organised, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. I appreciate the professionalism and customer focus shown by Stephanie and the Harcourts Asset – Springwood team. I would happily recommend them to other landlords looking for reliable property management services.
