Overview of Caboolture, QLD, 4510

Chloe(Leasing Officer) was absolutely wonderful. I had several questions and Chloe answered them all. Chloe help me to understand and explained the "Ailo"rent paying system & she said if I need anymore help to please contact her. Chloe & Kylie professionalism, knowledge & patience was very refreshing. Great customer service and I would highly recommend "Ray White Narangba" to family and friends.

Sonya is good in her job. She's showing good communication towards landlord through emails, etc... Repair man had been guided pre post photos job well done - shared to landlord.

My agent is very helpful and thorough in the whole process from adverstisement, pre-screening of applicants and recommending a good candidate tenant.

Our property manager consistently demonstrates outstanding communication, keeping us well-informed and confident at every stage. Their strong market knowledge and extensive network enable them to make informed decisions and achieve the best outcomes. Combined with a personalised approach and genuine care, they ensure our property is always well looked after and maintained to a high standard.

I’ve had a really positive experience with ARG. Managing a property from another state isn’t always straightforward, but they’ve made it feel easy. They’re consistently quick to respond, keep me in the loop with regular updates, and handle things without needing follow-up. That’s been a big one for me. Being interstate, it gives me genuine peace of mind knowing my property is being looked after properly. I don’t have to second guess what’s going on or worry about things slipping through the cracks. Reliable, proactive, and easy to deal with. Would happily recommend.

I highly recommend Kushla Francis from ARG Property Management. Kushla is a fantastic property manager – always friendly, bubbly and very responsive to my needs as a landlord. Whenever I have questions about my property, she gets back to me straight away and keeps communication clear and professional. If an issue arises, she handles it quickly and efficiently. Recently I had an electrical problem at my property and Kushla organised a tradesperson immediately. She kept me updated throughout the process and made sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible for both myself and the tenants. It’s reassuring to have a property manager who is proactive, reliable and genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved. Great service all around. Thanks ARG
