Overview of Calamvale, QLD, 4116

Rebecca made the whole process of listing our home for rent simple and stress-free. She was professional, responsive and easy to deal with from the start, and arranged amazing photography that presented the property beautifully. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and we had tenants secured within days of the first open home. We really appreciated how easy Rebecca made the process for us and the care she took in getting everything right. Now that our home is leased, it is also reassuring to know we have Jason looking after the property moving forward. He has communicated clearly from the outset and made the transition into property management incredibly easy for us. A big thank you to Rebecca, Jason and the entire Arena team for making the whole experience so seamless and positive.

Communication style and professionalism.

Kate was amazing to deal with and the application process was quick and easy. My daughter and i are very happy.

Being a first-time landlord, Q Realty provided a fantastic, personal experience while leasing out my townhouse. The team here is approachable, highly communicative, and knowledgeable about the local rental market. They bring a professional yet down-to-earth approach to property management that gave me great peace of mind.

Excellent communication, prompt reply, very kind people from Q Realty.

Q Reality are the perfect property managers with their attention to detail, constant communication and knowledge of the rental market. They are professional and friendly, I would recommend them to any investor.

The team have been extremely helpful within the process of securing our rental, loved how we were given frequent updates regarding our application, clear communication from start to finish, made the process easy & stress free. Kate is awesome, so kind & professional.

Q Realty have really delivered on their promise to manage my rental investment. They've gone beyond the usual transactions of taking rent and providing inspections pictures. I really appreciated the invitation to attend the rental inspection and talk through proactive asset maintenance and management. Their property analysis has been spot on and they've listened to my investment plan and what I want.

Marvin, Jason, and Candy have made organising a tenant quite a straightforward process. They have been prompt with their communication, and easy to deal with. Can't fault them so far!

From the initial sit down with Harry to the consistent updates from Kate, the team at Q Realty really made us feel supported as throughout the process of renting out our townhouse. Also, the contractors that they suggested were professional and had competitive quotes which made the process easier. I recommend the Q Realty team to anyone wanting to rent out their property especially if it is your first time going through the process.
