Overview of Parkinson, QLD, 4115

Arena is professional, approachable, and consistently helpful throughout the process. They communicated clearly, responded promptly, and were always happy to assist with any enquiries or concerns. Their support and attention to detail helped make everything run smoothly. I would recommend their services to anyone who asked.

We initially applied for a different property but weren’t successful, so I called Q Realty to see if there was anything we could improve in our application. The first staff member I spoke with was really friendly and helpful, even though she couldn’t directly assist. She connected me with another team member who actually took the time to review our application and reassure us that everything was fine it was just bad timing. She also sent through a list of other properties we could apply for, which was really appreciated. We ended up being accepted for properties through both Q Realty and another agency, but after a negative experience elsewhere, we felt much more comfortable going with Q Realty. Communication has been great the whole way through and they’ve always been quick to respond, very easy to deal with, even after we secured the property.

We have had Q Realty manage our property for the past 4 1/2 years. We have had excellent service and whenever we have had a question it is answered and attended to right away. The staff are kind, helpful and hard working and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a great team to manage their property!

Very thorough in every aspect and would have to be the best real estate agency we've dealt with in the last 12 years. All around service second to none.

Anything I was unsure of, I emailed and received an answer very swiftly. When going in to the office I walked into the wrong one, the lovely lady walked me across to the correct office. All the staff are so nice and welcoming. They ran me through all the paperwork and are very thorough with their entry report, gave me a copy of the hundreds of photos they took of the property.

Very good agent the best and very very friendly staff

Communication with the agent and the owner of the property is Great . Appreciate the honest feedback about the property after inspection .

Awesome privately owned realestate. We purchased through Q six years ago and they have managed our rental ever since. Very good communication and knowledgeable staff. Professionally run and ethical realestate.
