I am extremely happy with the service provided by Gartland. The lady’s were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They handled everything from my final inspection before settlement and to coordinating cleaning and yard maintenance with the vendors selling agent. They also managed to secure a tenant before settlement which I was thrilled with. I Would highly recommend Gartland to any of my friends and family.

Gartland have been managing our residential portfolio for quite a few years now and have been sensational. They're open in communication, proactive in maintenance and find tenants at the speed of light, very highly recommend the team.

I found the application and onboarding process to be smooth and respectful. I sometimes find that agents will ask for a huge amount of information (which they're not supposed to), but McGrath didn't do that. They kept it very professional, above board, and stayed in touch about the progress of my application. The agent checked a couple of details in person at the property for me while I was organising the move in, and provided all the important info way ahead of time. I enjoyed selling through them and I'm sure I'll enjoy renting through them, too.
