Very responsive and great service was provided for us.
Agent was very helpful and knew her property information

Communication was brilliant, they made the process seamless and the technology/systems used such as Tapi and PropertyMe are very slick and professional. Members of staff super friendly & helpful (both Sally & Jasmine). However, the rental appraisal we received was way higher than rent actually attained. Possibly a tactic to bring new clients onboard.
The team were super friendly from the inspection so easy to deal with, lots of communication and the process was simple and efficient.

Rhylee was very clear in setting expectations from the outset and communicated with us at every step of the process. Our property was rented very quickly without friction or issue. Thanks Rhylee
Gartland have been excellent to work with. Angie found us a new tenant hassle free. Laura is very easy to work with and provides great communication, making all our dealings with Gartland a smooth operation. Thanks for the amazing job you do
While searching for a new home for our little family gartland were by far the most professional, timely and friendly agents to deal with. We attended a few lease inspections with gartland and each time Angie was very warm and welcoming. The lease signing process with them was straight forward and they had excellent communication at each step.
Gartland’s made the entire process seamless. They were efficient and helpful.

Sherrie has been absolutely wonderful. She went over and beyond to help give her views on properties that we were considering buying before we signed with her and has been very professional and communicative when renting our property out with her. Thanks Sherrie!
