McGrath has been really amazing to deal with. They made everything so easy during our move in, and any maintenance issues are handled very quickly. Communication has always been smooth and easy as well. A special thank you to my property manager Jane, she is wonderful, very caring and always helpful. Our beginning in Australia couldn’t have been better. The McGrath team provided outstanding support in helping us settle into our new home, from handling all the paperwork to always being kind and helpful over the phone. Usually a lease agreement is very straight forward and you get a basic text book welcoming. Gartland exceeded our professional expectations based on their warm and welcoming manner when we were told we had been approved for a property that we so desperately wanted. I was personally introduced to the rest of the Gartland team, and everyone treated me like I was now part of their family. Would highly recommend Gartland before any other real state.
