She completes tasks that you have asked her instantly and communicates very well. As a renter I would recommend Plum property as a real estate and hope to continue on my rental journey with them.

Both property managers I had the pleasure of interacting with at Belle property had fantastic communication skills, were always prompt to respond, and as a tenant never felt worried about my living situation. I could tell they represented the owners side of things fairly, whilst also always being pleasant, fair, and helpful for any issues that came up. Absolutely would use them for my own investment property in future.

Emma has been proactive and positive in helping us to get our rental property updated prior to renting this out. She has met multiple tradies at the property and coordinated the trades that we needed. This was very helpful as we do not live close to the property and we would not have been able to rent it out as quickly as we have without her support.

Emma from Belle Sherwood was a delight from the first meeting. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional in her approach. She made what was a stressful time (with us moving and showing potential tenants through our home) and made it easy. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
