They gave us honest, grounded advice on Hobart conditions which helped us stay realistic throughout. They went all-in with advertising and numerious viewings and even though it took a bit longer than we hoped to find the right tenant, they never let up. The result? A great long-term tenant and real confidence in handing over ongoing management to Alex and the team. Highly recommend, especially if you're managing a property from interstate.
