I've had my apartment managed by Kelly at Plum Property for 5 months. It's been great since the first day with timely communication, great advice and helpful responses to any questions I've had. I would like to acknowledge Kelly Shore my property manager who is so friendly and always helpful with all my needs. She also always checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going well. She completes tasks that you have asked her instantly and communicates very well. As a renter I would recommend Plum property as a real estate and hope to continue on my rental journey with them.

We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. Position One has been fair and reasonable on all encounters and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again when we choose to buy our own home. We have dealt with nearly everyone in Position One Coorparoo and have found all to be professional in their manner but also super friendly and honest. Thank you Position One Coorparoo!

Amanda was there, onsite, at the premises, when I showed up for the inspection. She didn’t leave it to a junior but was interested in the property and prospective tenants from the first day. With her encouragement, I got my application in early and she followed up with the owner when I was considering other places. She left me a message as soon as it was approved, which was exactly the reassurance I needed. The inspection report was a breeze and she followed up with my few questions without a drama. Thrilled to be here and in this place. No hesitation recommending them as a tenant, or an owner.

Amanda and team are true professionals and a pleasure to do business with.
