Overview of Cobbitty, NSW, 2570

Thank you LJ hooker Camden for helping me find suitable tenants for my property especially Monique for great support throughout the process. Her efforts are very much appreciated and exceeded all expectations.

Efficent, friendly and results!

We had a great experience with LJ Hooker, and Monique in particular was outstanding. She was extremely speedy throughout the rental process, kept everything moving along efficiently, and sorted everything out on time. We really appreciated being notified early once we were approved, which made the whole process far less stressful. Monique was clear with all details, communicated well, and was very welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend her and the team at LJ Hooker.

Erin did a great job finding us the right tenant to fit our needs. Carefully hand picking and doing her due diligence through references and checks. It really made our experience very easy and free of stress. Finding the right tenant can be a stressful process, this was not the case.

First time renting, dealt with Erin who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, no question was ever an issue. Was able to accommodate on short notice two inspections. Very smooth, easy and non stressful experience all as a result of Erin and her assistance. Thankyou

After renting the same property for 18yrs, my family and I found ourselves having to find a new home as the owner had decided to sell. What followed was an incredibly stressful and emotional journey. Finding a suitable property was proving much harder than i had imagined, and after countless disappointments, I was beginning to lose hope. Little did I know my luck was about to change when I applied for a property and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Vathani. From our very first interaction, I knew I was dealing with someone truly special. Vathani was not only incredibly professional but also genuinely caring, compassionate and understanding of our situation. For the first time throughout this difficult process, I felt someone was actually listening. I wasn't just another applicant or a number.I was a person with a family who desperately needed a place to call home. Vathani went above and beyond to make us feel supported, valued and cared for. Her kindness and personal attention made us feel as though we were being looked after by family rather than a real estate agency. In an industry where the personal touch can sometimes be forgotten, Vathani is a shining example of what exceptional customer service should look like. What started as one of the most stressful chapters of our lives became such a positive experience, and for that, I will always be grateful. Vathani, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, patience and professionalism, but most importantly, for treating my family with such genuine care and respect. You made a difference in our lives when we needed it the most.❤️ I can not recommend Vathani highly enough. Five stars simply are not enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CENTURY 21 Pereira Group definitely above the rest 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
