I had a great experience with the team leasing out my property. They were professional throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was prompt and clear, and they were quick to reach out whenever updates were needed. The whole process moved quickly and smoothly, making it a stress-free experience.

As usual, Vivid worked super hard to iron out the issues or details of listing and reviewing of tenants profile. I basically picked up from their sales agent a good investment property then passed it on to the property management department. The process is effortless. This is the best property manager I have ever worked with.

I contacted Ellie to assist with preparation of my unit which had been empty for some time, because I couldn't find the time to fix what needed to be done to prepare it for rental. Ellie took on this project, arranged various painters, handymen, tilers and gardeners to get my unit up to scratch, and handed it over to the property leasing team as a lovely new rental! So happy with the communication I received from Ellie, she took everything I requested and made it happen. Thanks Ellie! Ellie took unexpected leave when the rental was about to go on the market and Luke seamlessly took over, holding the same value for communication and effort that Ellie put in, I was more than happy with all of the correspondence I received from everyone at Vivid. Thank you for taking care of me, and my little unit!
