I’ve had a great experience with Julie and the team at DJ Stringer. Julie is always very responsive and communicates extremely well. Whenever there is an issue at the property, she makes sure it is addressed and resolved promptly. She is also very organised, always sends invoices on time, and makes the whole process with contracts and agreements clear and easy. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and would highly recommend Julie and DJ Stringer. Thank you for the excellent service!

We were very happy with the tenancy and preceding inspections etc.

Great experience, nice team

The team were so helpful from inspection through to collecting keys. Couldn't have been more professional

The Property Management staff at Palm Beach/Coolangatta go out of their way to keep us informed and comfortable with our decision to rent. They are professional and friendly when communicating with us. We would definitely recommend them.

They were so quick to help us securing this rental. Nikita was tha absolute best (once again) to help us stay exactly where we wanted, communicating with the owners and us. We are more than excited and thankful for this process. It felt easy and quick and so mindful. We appreciate Nikita forever as she already help us twice and always to get a better place. Everything ran smoothly and was treated with care and efficiency.
