Agencies in Craigie, WA, 6025

We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Peard. Living in Victoria while owning an investment property in WA can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, particularly when maintenance or unexpected issues arise. However, Peard have made the whole experience so much easier. They’re always incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond, whether it’s arranging quotes, coordinating repairs or simply offering advice and assistance when we need it. It’s such a relief knowing our property is in capable hands, especially when we’re on the other side of the country. Their professionalism, communication and willingness to help have given us real peace of mind. We genuinely appreciate everything they do and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive property management team.

Ali s from Peard property management was great it making it an easy process and helping me through finding a tenant. Ali was quick to update me on any progress and the property had a new lease signed in under a week!

Smooth process, provided all details up front, sorted any technical problems immediately.

Simple and easy from the initial enquiry through to collection of keys. All information provided on request.

Everything was great overall, and we had no issues at all with the agents or property manager. The service was excellent, and we would rate the overall experience 10/10! The only area for improvement was the key handover process. We had to drive all the way down south, which took around 3 hours round trip, just to collect the keys to the house. Since the house was equipped with a smart lock, access codes could potentially have been shared, or alternative arrangements could have been made, such as using a secure numbered key lockbox. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we really appreciate the great service. We hope a more convenient key handover process can be considered for future guests!

Had good discussions with Sue and Nathasha regarding Tennant. Any issue is clearly communicated and resolved quickly.

Natasha is super responsive to calls and questions Followed when she said she would, great communication

The Professionals Wellstead Team were very friendly and helpful throughout my rental process. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for an excellent management team.
