Michelle has demonstrated timely communication with strong market knowledge, and was able to provide a quick turnaround which was greatly appreciated. It has been a pleasure engaging with Raine & Horne to handle my much loved property.

The friendly staff went out of their way to reach out to me about a property to confirm we were happy with a shorter lease offer on the property we have apply for to rent.

Laura was amazing! From day one of our lease always understanding, reliable and always easy to contact! As new tenants Laura was understanding when we asked lots of questions and happy to help without hesitation when requesting services or repair. Nothing was too big of a hassle or worry and Laura would reply with kindness and empathy. I'd happily have Laura as a property manager! Very down to earth, real, relatable and understanding when it was needed! - Thank you for everything you did for us!

Our tenants broke their lease, Laura went above and beyond to ensure all parties interests were met, even securing a new tenant within a week. The previous tenants can now move on knowing their obligations are fully resolved and as landlords we have peace of mind again.

Sophie has been a delight. She always responds promptly to our questions and concerns. This is our second experience of finding a rental property with this agency and the team has been extremely supportive and fun to deal with. Highly recommend Alison and Sophie as dedicated and professional Property Managers.

I have used Kate Storey Realty to manage my rental property for many years, through several different tenancies. Their approach is professional but also personal and they have been constantly reliable. They are quick to respond to any concerns and have often gone above and beyond my expectations. They have brought me peace of mind that my lovely property is in good hands. They have very efficiently vetted prospective tenants and achieved a good rental return on my investment. I would also like to mention that I am aware that the tenants feel respected and happy with their experience with Kate Storey Realty. This is important to me; Happy tenants are good tenants. I highly recommend the Kate Storey Realty team.

Enjoyed the process with Petrusma, very easy to get a hold of by phone or email, answered all questions and helped along the way.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The real estate agent was incredibly kind, friendly and professional throughout the entire rental application process. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes the time to help and makes you feel valued as an applicant. A lovely person and a great company to deal with. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and professional rental experience.

My experience in the last year with Aislinn and Layla was fantastic. They both are excellent in their communication, very polite and professional. Finding the right tenant is not always easy but they managed it very well to find the right person for my house . I really appreciate that! It is obvious that their knowledge of the rental market is profound and they have a lot of experience. I am very happy that I decided to go with Petrusma. When I met Auslinn the first time and had a longer conversation with her I knew she would be the right real estate manager for me. Aislinn and Layla are looking very well after my property . They deal with all issues very quickly and professional. I can rely on them Hundred percent. I definitely highly recommend to go with Petrusma to all landladies and landlords!
