Was keep fully informed on the progress throughout the process of a tenant exiting the leased premise to a new tenant being signed up. Correspondence and feedback on all the viewings and interested parties was always extremely prompt as were all the reference checks and any follow up maters. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant
