What a great team to deal with !! Well done to STRUD and the team for managing my property. I was not able to attend the property due to distance. STRUD managed the whole process for me from key handover to finding a suitable tenant. Nothing is a hard task for this team. Eg. Happy to even water the garden patch until the tenant moved in. Kudos to Dean and Trish who communicated everything with me. This is the type of property management we all need. A team we can trust and depend on. So glad I found STRUD.

Realway Real estate were able to have my property cleaned and ready to re-rent in a timely manner even after the property was broken into when not occupied. The team have keep me informed during this process giving myself one less matter to be concerned about during a stressful period in my personal life.

The only issue I had with my experience with ray white is that in the entry report the angency documented that a lot of parts of the house were in good/perfect condition when they were broken. But apart from that everything has been fine.
