Overview of Ebenezer, NSW, 2756

Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple. Her communication was always detailed and polite, house inspections were routine and feedback was constructive yet not condescending. She is a standout asset to her agency and would have no hesitation in using her for future property endeavours as by far, the best I’ve seen in this industry.

Highly Recomended, We are very grateful for a friendly and professional and informative interactions with Shannon at First National Connect with very good advice and good management in getting tennants into our properties in a short time.

I have only good things to say about First National Connect, they are always available if I need to contact them, they are professional, pleasant & polite. I would reccommend first National to anyone looking to buy or rent.

Excellent property and service. Thank you Vibe for the opportunity.

I have had a longstanding relationship with Nadia and the team at Vibe Realty, and I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, kindness and genuine care they have consistently shown me. Walking into my second home managed by Vibe the property was beautifully presented, and the care and effort the owners had invested in making it such a lovely home were immediately evident. What I value most about Nadia and the Vibe Team is that their approach goes beyond simply managing a property. Vibe are approachable, considerate and professional, and they understand the importance of treating tenants with dignity and respect. I am incredibly grateful to Nadia, the property owners and the wider Vibe Realty team. It is rare to find a property manager with whom you can build such a positive and trusting relationship over many years, and I sincerely appreciate everything Nadia has done. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nadia and Vibe Realty to anyone seeking a property manager who genuinely cares about the people and properties they look after.

I had a really positive experience throughout the rental process. The agent was always polite, friendly and easy to communicate with. I especially appreciated their patience, responsiveness and attention to detail. They were happy to answer my questions and provided helpful guidance whenever I needed it. Their professional yet approachable manner made the whole experience smooth and pleasant for me and my family. I’m very grateful for their time and assistance, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful real estate agent. Thank you again for everything!
