Overview of Edgeworth, NSW, 2285

Nisha was great at communicating and letting me know as soon as possible when my previous tenant was ready to move out as well as notifying me on updates for potential new tenants. She has provided me with thorough information on applications which I trust her judgement on and has made the entire process for me stress free.

Nisha is on top of everything and does not waste a second. Nisha is very open and straight to the point and has the right approach and logic to ensure we find the right tenants for this property. The property is rented in less than a week after being advertised online! I am looking forward to having Nisha managing the property and tenants.

Excellent Property Management We had a great experience with Arnold Property. They were incredibly proactive, responsive, and cooperative throughout our house search. From the moment we contacted them, they were always willing to help and made the whole process much easier for us. A special thanks to Michael Arnold, who went above and beyond to assist us and was always helpful and supportive. We truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication.

I found the entire process renting out my property extremely stress free! From the first day I met Jenna and Steve, the photography of the house with Michael, they explained the process very clearly and kept me in the loop at all times. We found suitable tenants almost immediately. Highly recommend Arnold!

Thanks Tanya for looking after our property and being proactive in resolving issues.

Tanya made the entire process of finding & signing up a tenant straight forward and smooth. Both duplex were rented within 2-3 weeks from hitting the market with high quality tenants presented to me.

Tanya is very professional and thorough. She is a problem solver and does not work like a post office.
