My Family home, of over 40 years, was resumed by Council, which meant we had to be out by a certain date. Hubby had had a heart attack about 2 months previously, needless to say it was a stressful time. And to top things off, we hadn't rented in nearly 20 years. It was very daunting and overwhelming. Thanks to Teresa and Janina at First National Rochedale, after finally finding a house to rent, they patiently guided us through the process. If we have any maintenance issues, they are on to it straight away. Teresa is an amazing Property Manager, she is always friendly and if I need to contact her, she is usually available to take my call, if not, she calls back as soon as she can. I would definitely go through First National Rochedal again and highly recommend them to anyone needing to rent.
