My experience with Chisholm & Gamon Property – Elwood, and especially with Simone Narduzzo, has been excellent. She has been supportive and transparent, promptly communicating all matters to the owner. This gave me confidence there were no hidden intentions, especially as I had just moved in and there were things to fix. Everything has been handled professionally, and I appreciate her clear communication. As a tenant, I keep her informed, take care of the property, and build community with my neighbours, and she has matched that commitment with professionalism and respect.

I was contacted just a couple of days or so after I had submitted my application. After clarifying my then housing situation I was contacted again barely 30 minutes later and I was informed that my application had been approved. It was very quick. There were no issues when I picked up the keys. Everything went very smoothly.

I have dealt with alot of real estate agencies over the years and have to say have never been more impressed with the support and service from Chisholm and Gamon. From the get to everything was done so efficiently and Trudy has been so kind , even checked in we were enjoying the new place. Anytime we email with any questions or concerns she responds straight away with a solution. The owners of the property we are renting also seem so involved with things which I have never experienced before and is so nice to see. 10/10 😊
