Agencies in Evanston Gardens, SA, 5116

I have had my investment property managed by ChristieRoberts since 2018. I appreciate their attention to detail, responsiveness and friendliness. I have since bought other properties in other cities and tried to find property managers as good as ChristieRoberts. ChristieRoberts are the measure of a good property manager! 100% recommend.

As a landlord, I’ve been very happy with Tanya’s management of my property. She is conscientious, responsible, and always responds promptly whenever I reach out. Tanya handles maintenance, tenant issues, and other day-to-day tasks efficiently and thoroughly, so I never have to worry or get involved in the details. Everything is well organised and taken care of. I highly recommend her to any property owner looking for a reliable and professional property manager.

As a long term landlord with a long term tenant in place who was not at all digitally savvy, I signed up with ChristieRoberts Real Estate a few years ago after trying several other property management agencies - and wish I had changed over sooner. I found Tania Roberts to be a property manager who not only has an excellent understanding of tenancy law and landlord/tenant responsibilities but has the communication skills and attention to detail to manage and respond to my tenant’s concerns and make realistic recommendations and advice to me for action/approve. Tania has always quickly respond to any emails or messages I send her if she can’t take my call straight away. The documentation I regularly received from Christie Roberts Real Estate (eg. rental income statements and inspection reports) have always been clear and accurate and the maintenance and trades persons engaged on my behalf have done some really good work. After deciding to sell my property in Smithfield Plains, I asked Tania for the real estate sales agents that she recommended (NOTE: Christie Roberts are a dedicated property management agency only) and I was impressed with the agents Tania had referred to me. Happily, my long term tenant found alternate housing and I have found a great agent through Tania. Thank you Tania for such great service - I just wish I have another property in the area for you to manage.
