While I don't expect the agents to revolve their world around me, I can't say it's been a 10/10 experience. Pros: - Communication in person is clear, polite & respectful. - Professional presentation overall Cons: - Once my property was listed, I felt a bit of pressure to settle for the first person to view the apartment. There was plenty of interest in the first week & I wanted to wait. I am new to being a landlord but not new to real estate as I was an agent myself in the past. I felt like I was hurried whether it was the agents' intention or not. - I have to send multiple messages (reminders) or chase another agent to get an answer to simple questions.
