I would like to acknowledge Kelly Shore my property manager who is so friendly and always helpful with all my needs. She also always checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going well. She completes tasks that you have asked her instantly and communicates very well. As a renter I would recommend Plum property as a real estate and hope to continue on my rental journey with them.

Being a renter in this day and age where demand far exceeds supply is demoralising. When I attended the inspection for my rental, I immediately felt heard by Property Ones representative Kelly. Despite a lot of attendees, she took the time to answer everyone's questions. My main referee was on an overseas holiday. Unlike other Property Managers I've experienced who would simply scrap my application the second it got hard, Kelly worked with me and took the time to communicate with Dan who was in Vietnam. My move on process was so easy. Too easy loll. On move in day I was told the code to an access box. I assumed from experience this box would be outside Property Ones office. Nope. They had taken the time to put one on my front door. Since moving in, Kelly has continued to check in and attend to any queries I have. In 6.5yrs of living in Brisbane, through no fault of my own as a renter, this is my 11th move. I have never been treated this respectfully by any other Real Estate. Thankyou for helping to restore my sense of worth.
