Agencies in Flagstone, QLD, 4280

From the first inspection of the property , through the application process to our move in day, MPM were fantastic. Great communication and helpful genuine agents and staff ensured everything was dealt with promptly and smoothly. We have had a couple of issues since moving into our property but MPM have been so helpful in getting them rectified quickly. Really impressed with a real estate that seems to actually care not just about their property owners but their tenants to.

i’ve had the pleasure of working with MPM for last couple of years and they’ve always shown professionalism in managing my property

The team have been helpful responsive and efficient with looking after our initial rental queries and then helping to resolve a few minor property repairs after moving in. All in all a great experience.

Kyara was genuinely the best property manager we have ever had. She was always incredibly kind, professional and understanding, and made what can sometimes be a stressful rental experience so much easier. Her communication was always prompt, she was approachable and easy to deal with, and we always felt heard, respected and supported. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about her tenants. Property managers like Kyara are hard to come by, and we feel very fortunate to have had her looking after our property. We couldn't recommend her highly enough!

We couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Communication was clear and concise and response times were prompt and efficient. I would recommend this team for future tenancy or any property agreements.

A lot of knowledge regarding rental properties

Our whole experience with Carolyn and the team has been wonderful and I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional and knowledgeable. We required a fair bit of assistance to get the property ready for market and ap-realty were able to quickly organise the trades and achieve compliance quickly.

Been with them for years and they always do what they say they will, as well as being pro-active. They have been a pleasure to deal with.

I was making a long distance move from bundaberg to Brisbane. Anna and Lilly are amazing at communicating and they quickly helped me find a home for my family. Thank you so much for the smooth transition in a stressful time for me.

The browns plain real estate team is efficient, communicative and trustworthy. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring that we were able to find a suitable tenant and make sure the place was in good condition and leasable. Thank you to Marleen / Anna and the rest of the team for taking care of this!
