Very responsive, organised, friendly and efficient. I have another property managed by Image Property so having the same high standard of management for this property was important. The process commenced after I had a contract on the property and continued through settlement including organising some repairs to ensure the property was presented as well as possible to secure a high quality tenant without delay. Within 1.5 weeks all property repairs were completed, numerous open homes were held and a high quality tenant was secured. Dependable and highly professional service that I recommend to anyone else.

Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.
