Overview of Kewdale, WA, 6105

Excellent communicator and always prompt response. Vivid understand my concerns and property needs very well. Always give me guidance and support and clear directions regarding the transition of my property from old to new tenant recently. The desired outcome turned out to be a thankful and delightful experience for me and indeed far exceeded my expectations. Every phase of the re-tenanting process was so well-planned, organized, managed and executed and was smoothly, seamlessly and swiftly accomplished within quite a short time. I was even updated and comprised of any pertinent information daily. My sincere appreciation to Niki, Michele, Jasmine and the entire leasing team for their sedulous efforts and time to make this transition a success. Kudos and my hearty thanks go to Vivid Property Perth! Margaret

I have been with Realth Property Group for around three years, and they currently manage two of my investment properties. I have had a very positive experience with Bora, Jan and the entire team. They have always been professional, responsive and helpful, particularly when dealing with tenants, maintenance, inspections and the unexpected issues that naturally come with owning investment properties. What I appreciate most is their communication and reliability. I can trust them to look after my properties while keeping me informed whenever an important decision needs to be made. A special thank you to Bora — it is wonderful to have you back — and also to Jan for all the assistance and communication over the years. After three years working together, I am very happy to continue trusting Realth Property Group with my properties and would happily recommend their property management team to other landlords and property investors.

Dottie is my agent at Ray White. Her communication through my apartment being rented and when it was on the market for rental was exceptional to say the least. I didn't have to second guess anything. Excellent work Dottie.

Karen from WELSH Real Estate made our application process seamless by communicating with us via email, phone call and text message in a prompt and timely manner after our application was submitted. She was specific in the additional information required, suggested ways to have our application processed quicker, well-mannered and spoke in a way that was easy to understand. During requests suggested by the landlord, Karen made us feel comfortable to approach the opportunity to negotiate if we wanted too. The turnaround for approval, security bond receipt and electronic lease completion was done in just a few hours which was amazing. We also appreciate that they utilize the PropertyMe app to communicate effectively and easily with us as tenants.

Excellent service! The agent was professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

A professional and efficient real estate team that made the leasing process easy from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the leasing process. They communicated clearly, answered my questions promptly, and kept everything well organized. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the experience smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this real estate agency to anyone looking to rent a property.

Lisa was great, helpful and understanding. We really enjoyed our stay at the place.

The service couldn't have been better! Communication was the key, and every request was met in a timely manner and so politely. They also found a tenant quick smart - which met all the standards I would expect from a quality property manager.

Very knowledgeable and will ask any questions I have. First time using real estate wasn’t sure of the process, took me step by step of each process.

The team has been highly responsive and consistently addresses complaints in a timely manner. They have been very helpful with all our requests and inquiries.
