The team were amazing and very understanding. We moved into a rental due to the loss of our home, they were patient and very understanding in our needs and giving us time to fill out information while still ensuring everything was done in a timely manner to ensure we didn’t miss any opportunity. This was the first time we rented due to owning our previous home so this was a process we nothing of. They helped us and ensured the information was detailed so we didn’t get confused ad we understood.
This was my first time using JDH and although I’d heard they had a great reputation, they absolutely lived up to it. The whole team was friendly, thorough, and incredibly easy to work with. Everyone I dealt with was competent and professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’d happily recommend Kristy and her team to anyone looking for a leasing agent.
