Professional services.
Excellent communication. Very detail orientated and always providing the best recommendations. Stone Realty is always very transparent and clear in their approach. They have a great team. Very good market knowledge both on sales and and property management.
Always responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
We had a wonderful experience working with Kristy and Natalie. They've secured a quality tenant at the asking price. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommend.
Our experience with Stone Real Estate for the lease of our property has been very positive. Anthony was very professional and transparent at the beginning of the engagement. He didn't overpromise, listened and wasn't pushy. He supported us with getting our house ready for the open homes and securing a good tenant. The transition over to Ruby once the lease had started was smooth and we haven't had any issues 3 months in. We are very happy and would recommend Stone Real Estate at any time.

We have found one agency to be very professional and friendly in there approach in finding the right tenants for our newly built homes. We found the staff to be quick in responding and addressing issues, for both the tenants and owners. This makes it less stressful, we know that our properties are being looked after. Also keeping the tenants happy at the same time. We recommend highly the services of One agency. A five star rating on our behalf. Annie and John
