Working with the North Agency has been seamless & efficient in all aspects. Harry & Kris are extremely knowledgeable around selling homes and even though we decided to delay our selling campaign we then rented out investment property with The North Agency. Ella is also wonderful to work with. She had our apartment leased within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend this wonderful agency!

The team were amazing and very understanding. We moved into a rental due to the loss of our home, they were patient and very understanding in our needs and giving us time to fill out information while still ensuring everything was done in a timely manner to ensure we didn’t miss any opportunity. This was the first time we rented due to owning our previous home so this was a process we nothing of. They helped us and ensured the information was detailed so we didn’t get confused ad we understood.

It has been refreshing to have a rental agent that is proactive, a great communicator, follows up and understands your needs and concerns. The two rental agents we have worked with have both been great, which is quite rare in one agency. The systems they have in place are user friendly and sensible too.
