We can't recommend Emily highly enough. As interstate buyers, we needed a PM who could just get things done and she delivered from day one. She had the property advertised the same day it went unconditional, and had a great tenant locked in within a week. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, a brilliant communicator, and genuinely switched on. She had already organised the post-settlement works before we'd even settled. Managing everything seamlessly during a hectic time for us made all the difference. If you're after a property manager who's proactive, friendly, and on top of every detail, this is who you want in your corner.

Dealing with Emily Richardson, she was a superstar, excellent comms, proactive and gets the works completed on tight timeline and got the property listed on market within 2 days, etc. Only issue we had was expected rent had to be reduced by $55 to get quality tenants. I would still recommend Raywhite and Emily.

I have moved to Mr Real Estate from another agency who struggled with letting out a property in need of some repairs. Tiarna and Haley from Mr Real Estate have taken on arranging the repairs (that the previous agent struggled with), gave multiple options and executed them as per the mutually agreed schedule. The communication has been prompt throughout and they have found tenants for the property immediately after the repairs were completed. I'm very happy with the journey so far.
