I am extremely impressed with the service and professionalism I have received after listing my property with Tiffany at Barker Real Estate. From the get go, every phone call and email was answered straight away and a quality tenant was found for the property in record time! Before signing up I did receive quotes from other property managers but very glad with my choice with a smaller business that doesn’t need to give a big sales pitch but delivers on what they say! Very happy customer 😁

From purchase to property management, Barker Real Estate has delivered a consistently high level of service. Brodie Barker was great to deal with during the buying process, and the management team has been efficient and communicative ever since. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We highly recommend Emma Irving as she ensured our rental experience with Smith Partners Real Estate was flawless from beginning to end. Emma coordinated everything in a professional and highly efficient manner and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Emma we appreciated your support, guidance and dedication to our rental property.

Emma was lovely to deal with and responded to my rental application very quickly. She has helped me with any question that I have had. Very happy!

Emma was amazing help during this WHOLE process, especially being a first time landlord and renting out my new house I had worked so hard for. She treated my home like her own and made sure only the best tenant was selected. She was always in contact and answered any ridiculous questions I had and reassured me on any concerns. She made me feel comfortable choosing and trusting her with my property. This whole process has felt easy and has been extremely positive all thanks to Emma! :)
