Jasmine was efficient & very helpful, easy to liaise with.

They made every step of the process easy and simple, couldn’t have been any better. Very professional and organised.

I’m pleased that McGrath have been able to secure me quality tenants with a very short turnover time.

Straight forward and professional approach. Made sensible recommendations and followed through with everything promised.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Angie and Laura throughout the rental process. Both were incredibly friendly, professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent — they were always responsive, kept us updated, and followed up on any questions or requests quickly. They also did a great job of clearly explaining each step of the process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out was how approachable and helpful they were. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt well informed and looked after. Angie and Laura were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience a really positive one. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and genuinely helpful property management team.

There is always a very quick response from Will as your property manager with any questions that you have. It just makes being a landlord so much easier when you have the right person dealing with the questions and sometimes problems that you have with your investment properties.

Buxton Highton was super organised and informative with any questions we may have had. They helped us a lot with moving into our rental home and we are very happy and hope to rent with Buxton in the future!

Buxton is very easy to deal with. Both knowledgeable and excellent customer communication.

Sherrie has been absolutely wonderful. She went over and beyond to help give her views on properties that we were considering buying before we signed with her and has been very professional and communicative when renting our property out with her. Thanks Sherrie!
