Working with our property manager at Gartland has been excellent. They have organised everything that we require as landlords and provided valuable advice and prompt communication.

We are new to Geelong and new to Australia. At first we found the process hard but once we met an agent face to face we seemed to have more traction. Once we started the process it was all pretty straight forward. The 2apply app is good as you can easily upload all your information. We are yet to move in so our relationship with a property manager is yet to flourish but so far so good.

Raj did a great job getting our high spec property leased a third time. He is to the point, thorough, and honest. His communication throughout the process was always clear, calm, and proactive. He's very easy to deal with and I would trust him and the McGrath team with future properties!

Very pleasant personnel to deal with but to many involved to lease one property ( could be very confusing ) Better quality photos should be taken of the property for advertisement purposes and to find prospective tenants in a shorter time. Happy with the outcome
