We have an excellent renting experience with the agent Kylie. Whenever I raised questions and concerns as a tenant, she always responded quickly and took the initiative to help solve every problem patiently. For example, since we couldn't access the app to check the Inspection report, Kylie kindly delivered all paperwork to our home in heavy rain, keeping our rental process on track. What's more, Kylie is a kind and professional agent. Being new to renting in Mackay, we were treated warmly and equally as other tenants. To sum up, the whole rental process was handed professionally and smoothly. The agent has strong professional literacy and thoughtful service. We are satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommend the agent to other tenants.

They respond quickly and efficiently.

We recently have rented a house with R&H and have had the most easy, pleasant experience. The agent and ladies in the office have been very helpful and easy to contact. It has been years since we last rented but have had the best experience so far. Highly recommend Raine & Horne.

Ben strives for the best rental price which helps any investor to know their rental property is being well looked after. Great work team!

We couldn't be happier with Baileux management of our Meyer Street property in Mackay. Ben is at the top of his game, open and forthright, provides excellent inspection reports and has no hesitation in seeking the best possible tenants at all times. I'm sure Baileux tenants share the same confidence we feel in Baileux,
