The agent is polite and professional, directly answering all questions we have had. During our exchanges, the agent's demeanour clearly showed she balanced both the interests of the property owner (caring for the property itself) and the interests of the tenants' experience. The agent and admin's communication is clear and friendly, and have made us feel welcomed and any/all of our concerns have been heard and addressed. We have witnessed on more than one occasion the same professional and friendly demeanour of the agent with other prospective tenants. This consistency in behaviour builds confidence in tenants and property owners alike.
