Agencies in Mackay

Would highly recommend Mackay City Property to anyone! Our whole renting and communication process has been a breeze.

I would strongly recommend them to friends and family when in Need for rental or buying properties

Very responsive and easy to contact

We have an excellent renting experience with the agent Kylie. Whenever I raised questions and concerns as a tenant, she always responded quickly and took the initiative to help solve every problem patiently. For example, since we couldn't access the app to check the Inspection report, Kylie kindly delivered all paperwork to our home in heavy rain, keeping our rental process on track. What's more, Kylie is a kind and professional agent. Being new to renting in Mackay, we were treated warmly and equally as other tenants. To sum up, the whole rental process was handed professionally and smoothly. The agent has strong professional literacy and thoughtful service. We are satisfied with the overall experience and highly recommend the agent to other tenants.

We recently have rented a house with R&H and have had the most easy, pleasant experience. The agent and ladies in the office have been very helpful and easy to contact. It has been years since we last rented but have had the best experience so far. Highly recommend Raine & Horne.

I honestly had no issues. Joy made it all so easy. She was amazing with communication.

Excellent service, very friendly

I am very happy that Jess Tesdal became my agent, she is very helpful and very kind, if I ever buy a house in the future, Jess will still be my agent and I will recommend her to everyone I know.

I looked at the house one day, applied, and it was approved the next day. They are very good; they give their clients their full attention. I am very satisfied with the agency

We appreciated the efficient and professional handling of the lease on one of our units. Screening was thorough and communication was good. I am grateful for the service we received.

Rebekah our property manager was very professional and great with dealing with our concern when our tenant broke their lease. Though there's some mishaps with the changes in their procedure, she make sure that everything will be ok and expectations were met. I recommend Rebekah to handle your investment property around Mackay area.

Very professional and easy to work with. Had a tenant very fast and everything was seamless

great service, easy to deal with them.

Very responsive and got great results with the sale and leasing out of the property.

I have been dealing with Shane and team for quite some time now. They have been very helpful and proactive with the management of our investment property. I had no problems in resolving any issues related to maintenance and upkeep of the property. I would definitely recommend Personalised Realty to keep your property in safe hands.
