This is my first time through a non- franchise business. So far Tiana & the team have guided me through the system, providing a positive approach & explanation oof processes. Unfortunately my bank hasn’t allowed payment & transactions through the property system as yet which would make the process even easier.

I've had the worst handover with the builder and Tiana has worked tirelessly to sort it out for me. She and her team are extremely professional and communicative. She also managed to get me top of the range rent for my property and it was on the market for less than a week. She's so switched on and I am so happy to have her manage my property because I know if any issues arise, they will be sorted out promptly.

Torrie was super easy to deal with and always there to help with any problems, really easy to communicate with as well
