She guided me through the complex insurance claim process, coordinated emergency repairs, and dealt with all the tedious paperwork with professionalism and empathy. I must commend your team members Sujaya Kalwani and Courtney Clarkson. I have dealt with them and they are wonderful. Hats off to Courtney especially, I have dealt with her over phone and emails regularly, always very cordial and understanding.

The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks". Within 48 hours of speaking and seeing 2 open homes, we were approved. Sharon has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager. She was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and would make sure that things were promptly dealt with. She is a wonderful asset to the company. We will miss her and the team, and hope our paths cross again in the future.

Agency staff is professional and manage the property letting out process well. Improvement needed in communication, for eg. tebancy start date chaned after initial discussion during application review, however not communicated back until lease was signed.

Renaye has been really supportive and efficient so far. I am only a second time renter so not really up to speed with his it all works and Renaye has been patient and very helpful all the way. Thanks Renaye
