At the initial inspection I was greeted by a very friendly agent and upon being accepted and moving into the property, our estate agent has been wonderful thus far. Friendly, efficient, flexible, and a great communicator. So far our experience with Professionals and our particular estate agent, Ashleigh, has been a positive one!

Wasnt happy at first but once Ashleigh came on board 6 months or so ago, we are so happy with how she is managing our property. The only reason for 4 stars is we werent happy before she joined.
