Overview of Grantham Farm, NSW, 2765

Handing your investment property over to someone else can be incredibly nerve-wracking, but Chloe made the entire leasing process completely stress-free. She handled everything from marketing to tenant screening seamlessly, keeping me informed without overwhelming me. She found excellent tenants quickly and managed all the complex paperwork behind the scenes with absolute professionalism. I have complete peace of mind knowing my property is in such capable hands. Highly recommended for any landlord looking for a stress-free experience!

We had an excellent experience working with our property manager. From signing the management agreement to having the first open home was less than 72 hours, including arranging photography, advertising the property, and scheduling inspections. They organised three open homes within the first week and successfully secured tenants within 10 days. The communication, professionalism, and efficiency throughout the entire process were outstanding. We highly recommend their services.

Elina and colleagues were extremely helpful from the start. They made sure I was booked in for inspection and advised by phone that they had received my application. From the time we met Elina at the inspection right through to successfully leasing the property, she was welcoming, knowledgeable and very keen to communicate with us. Highly recommended!

Sara & Kass has provided an outstanding service from day 1. Kept us updated and well-informed during process to have the property rented. Very highly recommended. Thank you again for all help.

I deal with both Kass Zaragoza & Sara McCrimmon and I am impressed with the service they render for my requirement. Both of them swift in their responses for any email/phone calls that I make. They look into the requirement/issue from customer perspective and support me in sorting out. I have had a quite a number of requests :), they helped all of them and quite happy with the service.

Very reponsive with deep knowledge of the area.
